rules of my lab...
1)no food and drink.2)must be punctual.3)no playing of games and watching videos.rules i have broke.1)ate 1 whole apple(this is hardest considering the cruching sound... it is loud!)maybe next time a whole watermelon. then durian!(madness)2)always late for a few mins(ask my friend to sign)3)viwawa for the first 2 week(nth to do),blogging for the next 3weeks.
today went gym to do some back extension.. it actually make me feel less pain! praise the Lord.. please pray for my back... must continue to go gym le... rest for so many days...today gym was quite easy going... not so shag... muz make it a point to go everyday. and train myself up for ns, and to improve my fitness and my self esteem. jiayou kaishing! LOL! oh ya... about fitnes too.. that day when i went jogging to admiralty was quite easy.. i wasn't breathing badly, nor grasping for air(good sign) juz that my hip bone seems to be painful.. so i didn't push myself much! sembawang will be next! then yishun then khatib... lol... next time i will be like Junhong... walk back from yio chu kang and also from hougang! u are MAD!!! salute to u through!!! LOL
